She has her BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. With various experience in marketing, accounting and income tax, she always be able to help her clients get the best result in many situations, not for just loan and real estate services. 

She believes in giving back to community, started from involving with PTA when her son was in elementary school. Then volunteer for Top Flight Parent Club, a non-profit organization doing fundraising for competitive gymnastic, while her son was a competitive gymnast and still serving as member of the board for the organization after her son left for college. She is member of Buddanusorn Thai Temple in Fremont for twenty years, and now volunteers as a treasurer for the temple.
